Every minute and hour of the day our bodies mature just that much more. To stay active sexually, we as men must take action to keep our bodies and minds fit enough to meet not only our needs to be satisfied, but also our mates. Being able to perform at the drop of a hat takes commitment to our physical and mental well-being. 1. Don't neglect your physical health. Our busy lives as men sometimes pushes us to compromise in ways that are not very healthy for us. Dealing with too much stress, unhealthy diets and being overworked can contribute to a serious deterioration in sexual lifestyle.

2. A psychologically healthy male is a very happy man. It is commonly misunderstood that a person's psyche is directly connected with physical health. Having a peace of mind is one of the biggest motivating factors that keep us going as humans. When we think clearly we act clearly on any task that we are faced with, good or bad.

3. We are social creatures that must have interaction with other social beings in order to maintain our sanity. Being alone and closed up mentally, emotionally and spiritually causes a great many problems for both men and women. To be whole and feel whole we must be a part of the world as a whole. Taking part in the movement and interaction of our world is of extreme importance to us all.
